Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing a specific panel or group within an organization. This role typically involves leadership, decision-making, and coordination to ensure the panel’s objectives are met. Ensuring teams pipeline panels & keep team members more involved in task.
• Panel Reports: Regularly update upper management on panel progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Monthly Billing Plans: Develop and refresh strategic plans with panel goals and action steps.
• Project Milestones: Monitor and report on panel project milestones and deliverables.
• Resource Utilization Reports: Track and report on resource allocation within the panel.
• Panel Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to panel members.
• Strategy Development: Help shape the panel’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Resource Allocation: Assign resources (personnel, budget, equipment) to meet panel objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact between the panel and upper management/stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve panel issues and challenges.
• Performance Management: Evaluate and provide feedback on panel members’ performance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks affecting panel success.
• BOM Creation & Budgeting: Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and budget panels based on customer requirements.
• Fabrication Planning: Coordinate fabrication planning with element procurement.
• Team Coordination: Work with projects and purchase teams for process alignment.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure team and personal adherence to policies and systems.
• Drawing & BOM Maintenance: Maintain panel drawings and BOMs for future reference.
• Electrical Engineering Support: Provide recommendations and technical support for electrical engineering projects.
• Installation & Compliance: Ensure installations and operations meet standards and customer requirements; prepare specifications and technical drawings.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and maintain electrical systems for optimal efficiency.
• Technical Standards: Establish standards for reviews, documentation, and designs.
• Equipment Specifications: Prepare specifications for electrical equipment and material purchases.
• Resource Planning: Assist with allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Production & Quality: Develop requirements for production, validation, and testing; troubleshoot issues.
• Installation & Documentation: Oversee panel installation and commissioning, documenting according to procedures.
• Team Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to address problems, gather feedback, and improve operations.
